Everyone I dealt with was fantastic! Colleen and Lisa were helpful with ordering, and I’m not sure who assisted me when I picked up, but she made great recommendations and I am already placing another order! Also, the store is clean, cute, and smells fantastic! I’ll be buying more for work and for personal gifts!

The birthday arrangement was beyond beautiful and my niece loved it! Not only was ordering super easy and friendly but so is the delivery. The delivery person really went above and beyond to make sure she got it. Will definitely be my go to gift now just because of the customer service!

I ordered a cookie bouquet out of state to be delivered in Illinois. It was a same day delivery. Prepared beautifully. I also received a phone call telling me when the gift was delivered. It was a wonderful experience.

It's easy to place an order, the cookies are fantastic and they company is great at letting you know the delivery arrived.

I’ve both received and given cookies made by Cookies by Design on many occasions and they never disappoint! They are a delicious treat made to order to make any event memorable. I’ve given them for birthdays, graduations, congratulations on a new job and my favorite, to cheer up one of my Girl Scouts who broke her arm. They designed a special cookie decorated as a Girl Scout with a cast on her correct broken arm. It really cheered her up! I highly recommend ordering from Cookies by Design.

Exceptional customer service on the phone while ordering and when following up to receive a receipt. I also received a phone call that the order was delivered. That was a nice touch!
