We have purchased your cookies for multiple occasions at our facility, and have always had so many compliments. It has made each event more special by adding that personal touch to it. I have recommended your place to many people.

Customer service called me directly with a couple of questions before it was too late. The cookies arrived exactly when I wanted -- on their actual anniversary. They sent me pictures and the cookies were beautiful, just as advertised. They were not, however, presented on a platter as advertised. I guess that doesn't work with delivery. The recipients seemed pleased. I cannot comment on the taste of the cookies.

Easy

I sent the cookies to a very special little girl--a close friend's granddaughter. The little girl was thrilled! The delivery driver was SO SWEET! He wished her a happy birthday! What a special guy to do that! It made her feel so special. I thank him from the bottom of my heart for that.

It was great! Although it was a tad expensive

I have used Cookies by Design several times and they always do a fantastic job. This last time I ordered online and saw a caution that I needed to know if the hospital would allow delivery (due to covid). I wasn’t sure so had to plan to do pickup. I called the store day of pick up to ask how late they were open. They knew the hospital’s policy and the person was able to help switch my order to delivery. I really appreciated their help. The recipient loved the cookie bouquet. It looked great.
