It is amazing to me how management has been able to hire such quality trainers. Each is a wonderful person at the core. Then they bring their specialties to the sessions. I have found it well rounded experience.

Quantifiable results: Weight loss, decreased body fat %.
Results that cannot be quantified per se but are just as (if not more) important: Increased energy. Increased strength. Better sleep. And on and on.
One specific example: On a recent vacation, I walked many more steps and flights of stairs (according to Fitbit) than I normally do. Previously, this has caused pain and required me to slow down and not enjoy everything 100%. This time, I was OK! A little tired of course, but able to do everything I wanted to do.

I’ve been working out with trainers for 30 + years and have to say Nico runs a great small business. The studio is ALWAYS clean and organized and the trainers are professional and know their stuff. Special plug to Jon, I think he just may be the best trainer I’ve had.
