We have a very cohesive team. We are like a family.
I have always loved that we do therapeutic massage, NOT spa work. I love watching my clients improve their range of motion, reduce pain and stress, while practicing self care.
I really appreciate that we as LMTs are allowed two hours of massage per month to keep us in top form. Also the fact that if any of us have a family or personal emergency, we know that we’re covered. Plus scheduling time off in advance is usually hassle-free.
I have worked for other companies that were just plain awful, and those experiences make me appreciate my team at elements all the more!
