Open later then any other hair specialist in the area! Very nice lady (both ladies in the shop when I was there have been working there since their opening 8 years ago (the first SportClips in Canada apparently). Great hair cut.

1) how to use the paste (never used it before)
2) make sure my hair was dry (I had always had the "wet" gel look)
3) when to come back in so the length would start to work with the new style
