Bartender (woman) who served me drinks and dinner at the bar is excellent.
Our waitress was wonderful, great suggestions and attentive without hovering. The deck is a definite plus. Of course, the food is delicious and presented beautifully. All around great experience.
Atmosphere was great. The food...was fantastic! And our server, Randall, did an excellent job of describing the dishes, offering suggestions (wine and food) and showing up with the next plate at just the right time. Everything was delicious - Beet Salad w/Goat Cheese, Snapper Crudo, Tagliatelle plus a Couple of Meatballs, and the Saltimbocca. But the Thai Basil Pesto on the Squid Ink Spaghetti was my only regret...why did I order only an appetizer portion?! I'll be back just for that!!!

We love everything about La Tavola. Except the new olive oil that was served with our bread was absolutely tasteless.

1. Will was our server and he was awesome! I haven’t had a server who is that engaged and attentive in a very long time at any restaurant. He had about 5 tables and was very attentive to all of them. He recommended items and was very knowledgeable of the menu items.
2. Food was great but there really should be more kid friendly options given the location of the restaurant.
3. Table bread is meh.

We can always count on La Tavola for a well rounded Italian meal that puts a slight twist on traditional dishes without losing the essence of the region. The wine list and cocktail menu is also reliable along with the staff.

I love the food. Meals are consistently fabulous. Jennifer is great and helps give it that neighborhood feel. Back deck is awesome in the right weather. I travel a lot to Atlanta from CT, and I always try to fit in at least one visit.
