But I had my first problem in 10+ visits to this favorite restaurant across the street from me. Fortunately, manager Chris was very accommodating and gracious in fixing it.
It was quite busy and my table was not ready at the time of my reservation and my guest and I waitied in the bar. When finally I asked if they had forgotten me there was a scramble and it was clear that they had. Chris introduced himself, apologized, and said he would be back in five minutes. He then personally escorted us to the table where a nice cheese tray awaited.
Our server, Laura, was terrific, explaining the menu to my first time guest and recommending a delicious meatless entre per her request. It was a very nice dinner and I'll be back. Kudos to Chris and Laura.

Love the drinks, cheese & meat trays, and come on ... those fried goat cheese balls are to die for!!! Btw, we had a wonderful server in the bar area the other night. If memory serves, her name was Shawna or similar. She was great!!
All cylinders always fire. From the cheerful greeting when you walk in, to the wait staff, to the food and it's value, you just can't miss with Ecco. One of our consistent Atlanta favorites.
