Delicious Food and Wonderful Service
The food was amazing. The crab cake app was all lump crab meat, with a spicy corn salsa. It was the bomb! My main course was the catfish with a spicy buffalo sauce. Again, another awesome dish! And the corn bread and biscuits to start in the basket of bread was also a hit!

Food was delicious but website and online order form didn’t mirror each other. Confusing and I felt badly because the website said 20% would be added for COVID costs in lieu of gratuity but when I picked up the order that wasn’t done but didn’t know it until I got home. Will double tip next time!

The food and service are always exceptional. Blake was our server and he was delightful and courteous. He made great wine recommendations and made a tasty cappuccino.

So great to dine in again at Ecco Midtown. We couldn't have felt more protected with their distancing and extra measures taken to reduce COVID19 risk. We felt as safe as possible dining in. As always, it was a delightful experience. Eli took remarkable care of us as usual. I am in awe of how this local restaurant group, Fifth Group, has focused on the safety and well-being of their employees and clientele, and the assistance programs for their staff such as their Family Fund, auctions to support the Fund, etc. Not only do they provide some of the best dining options and venues in the city, they have a true conscience and heart.
The Guacamole needs more flavor. It tasted "raw" as if to say, the kitchen peeled and cut up the guacamole and put it in a bowl.
The tonic water dispenser was inoperative and thus no Bombay Sapphire and tonic. Ordered a beer instead [not my first choice] which was graciously comped by management.
Music was delightful, albeit too loud. Suggest increasing the volume as the dining room gets more filled [we were there at 6:30, and thus at the front end of the evening].
The food was very good. It is more expensive than other restaurants we having been getting takeout from in the neighborhood. It is good for a splurge.
Are server was very helpful, informative and kind. The food was also delicious!
In all, the staff, menu and ambiance is great. But I personally could not read the menu due to tiny font and low light

Nice and quiet atmosphere.
your approach to navigating COVID is the best of any restaurant I've been to. Your sanitizing station, sanitizing between courses, and approach to navigating boxing food was great. It gave me extreme comfort that I was very safe. Also, it didn't alter my dining experience at all - Ecco has long been my favorite restaurant in Atlanta, and the high quality of the dining experience continued despite wearing masks and social distancing. Even the smaller menu provided the variety I love and the incredible food I'm accustomed to. Please keep doing what you're doing - I'll be back again soon.

Everything we had at Ecco was so delicious, we're impressed every single time we go here. We certainly plan to go here again and recommend it to our friends and family. Our waitress at the Midtown Ecco, Taylor, was so amazing. She was friendly and knowledgeable.
OMG. My wife, friends and I had a wonderful time Friday night. Thank you Emily for such great service and as always the food was awesome.

Excellent service, great menu and food, good music.
I had a small issue with my order and the manager and staff took care of the problem in a blink of the eye. I love the restaurant and the quality of the food and service.
Susan did a nice job of being sensitive to our anxiety about being in a restaurant for the first time since the shutdown.
And Sarah made great cocktails as usual.
