The staff is always friendly, remembers our names and jacks. They make me have peace of mind know they are taking care of him like he was at home. Jack really likes the atmosphere in the romper room and he gets plenty of playtime to exhaust him.

I love the report cards! It gives me a way to be proud of my dog and fills me in on how the day went. I also like that you can access the webcams from online. If I am at work it is nice to pull it up for just a few minutes and see that my dog is playing and having fun. I also enjoy the friendly staff. Each one truly cares about the dogs and it's great.

Friendly workers (to people and pets!) Carefully follow directions for boarded pets, including medications. Maybe have more water bowls around to encourage dogs to drink? Our dog has bladder stone problems...

You guys take great care of our fur baby. We love bringing her back again and again and we can see how much she loves Dogtopia and the people there every time we pull up in the parking lot. The facility is beautiful. We love the webcams (and the iPhone app so we can watch our baby play). We love the interaction she gets and that there is somewhere safe that we trust where we can bring her instead of kennelling her during the day.
