What do you like about our services?

I like that the animals are treated like a human ~ doggy daycare is like a regular daycare for children. Pictures are taken, card are sent home with different things your pet did while at doggy daycare. And I like the fact I can log into website and visit the webcam to see how my pet is doing while I am away.

I love that dogs have a lot of open play time. Not only is my dog super tired when he comes home, but I also know that he is socializing with other dogs and it is monitored by the wonderful staff!

All the gals (and guys) greet us and our two dogs as if we are FAMIY! LOVE it! They are always so happy to see the dogs and are willing to "feed" them whatever way we like even if not on their schedule. (Your schedule is fine with us, too, but we picked them up earlier than your night feeding last time in...and poor Cherie barfed when we got home...she had needed her meal, I think! She was fine the next day!
BUT you had offered to do the afternoon feeding and I had declined. My mistake for that day!

When Cherie had almost finished her rehab time...no running/playing with other dogs...even her brother, you crated her in a Dane cage with the other dogs around her so she was happy and WE were able to attend our son's wedding in CA! Thanks for going the EXTRA MILE for us!

I feel that the staff really loves and cares for my dog. My Cruiser is new to Dogtopia and they made me feel at ease leaving him there for daycare.

When we pull off the road, and it comes to Dozer where he is, and he gets so excited he can't sit still. That tells me that Dogtopia is a happy place for him. That's all I need.

I like that Duke was kept with other friends his size. I liked the little cards that told how his day was going and who his friends were for the day. Your team seemed to really love what they do- very well organized. You are conveniently located. It was a welcoming environment😀 We did not worry at all. Also was glad you offered Sunday pickups. We will be back! Thanks- Duke Stever and his Family 😉

What do you like about our services?

My dogs are able to get out and play all day or lounge on the beds if they prefer instead of being crated all day and only walked occasionally throughout the day.

Love the valet drop off. So nice in the morning when I'm in a hurry! And I don't have to struggle with 2 dogs if I am dropping 2 of them off. Everyone is so friendly and I know they truly care about our furry family members!!

What do you like about our services?

We really like the outstanding friendly service, report cards, and that our dog Kingston is able to have friends that are fully vetted and develop his social skills in a safe environment. We also love the fact that he plays and is able to be a happy dog instead of being alone and sad while we are at work or on vacation.

We love everything about Dogtopia but we especially love the special care our Oban gets from Sam and Alicia. They're always making us feel so comfortable to just drop him and run!
