Friendly staff
The staff are all incredibly friendly, and genuinely seem to care about all of the dogs. The facilities are very clean, and our puppy came back in high spirits, all tuckered out.

Dog cameras. Staff staying in the rooms with the dogs at all times. Separating the dogs based on size and behavior. Constantly cleaning the rooms. Offering grooming services with packages.
I feel comfortable leaving my loved one Nala with the staff. I can tell that they care and that they are dog lovers. I also like finding her on the camera. She is almost always following the staff around.

We have been bringing Grace to Dogtopia for over 12 years. We used daycare services when we were both working full time and use boarding services when we are away. Although the ownership has changed since we first started, the exceptional care of Grace has continued. It is such a relief to know that when we are traveling, Grace is well cared for and loved. Now that Grace is a senior dog we appreciate the extra care taken to make sure she is comfortable and safe. Dogtopia of Omaha ROCKS!

The staff is very nice and responsive. They always seem excited to see my Great Dane and he "loves" to go there.

We love the groomer because she and her staff “get” our dog.
It was easy and convenient. Buddy came home happy and healthy. My wife said she has never seen him so happy after picking him up at a kennel. You must have kept him entertained.
