Cleanliness and ease of access to my house and work
Friendly staff who always know my dog when we go in. Facilities are clean. My dog is tired when we get home.
Convenient times. The staff really care about the pets. The grooming is convenient. The last time my dog had a bath and brush out he smelled and looked amazing, as if the staff member really took pride in the grooming. My dog is happy to go there and is still happy when he goes home. I can tell he loves the people and feels safe with them. It's nice to know they watch out for him the same way I would if I was at home with him.
