Staff is friendly and seem to enjoy each dog.

They really care about the dogs and their owners. They are always friendly, offer great advice, great specials on training and play dates...and we love them!! I love how they always give reports on which dogs my dog was hanging out with all day. I know they really care.

Sophie loves going there and seems well taken care of while she is there. We left her there for ten days while we were in Spain, which was hard, but she seemed to get along fine. We loved being able to spy on her via your web cam, and it relieved our minds to see her playing and enjoying herself. The photos you put on Facebook recently were terrific; we have laughed ourselves silly at the risque photo of Sophie and Duncan caught in a compromising position!
Please, please don't discontinue the Saturday bargain daycare! It has been a life saver for us and Sophie on several occasions. In fact, she will be there this Saturday!

Dogtopia has a great staff that is friendly and caring. The owners are awesome! They met our needs of being able to board our two dogs for long term while we found a house to move in too. I would definetly recommend to family and friends!

I like that the staff treats all of the dogs as if each one was their own personal dog. They know the dogs names and personalities, so I know that my dog is getting the attention that she needs. Dogtopia also provides good homo sapien customer service, too.

There are many things I like about your services: I like the friendly way I am greeted at the front door; the staff calls my dog by her name; the staff acts like my dog is their absolute favorite; I know my dog is safe because someone is with them at all times; I like that a grooming service is available and that my dog doesn't have to wait in a crate while waiting her turn, she can play;I like that my dog is tired and sleeps the rest of the day; I like that my dog socializes;I like that my dog gets excited when we turn the corner to Dogtopia;I like how accommodating the staff is to my schedule; I like the idea that I have a place to bring my dog if an emergency should arise (peace of mind)and that the staff would work with me if I did have an emergency; and I LOVE my dog's hair when I pick her up--it is fuzzy and stands up all over--which means that some serious playing has taken place!

Our dog came home tired but not stressed out like she had been at other places. She was clean and happy.

I felt very comfortable leaving our newly adopted puppy in your care while we waited for our apartment to be ready. You took care of her while recovering from being spayed at no extra cost. I loved the website cameras as well.

I recently moved back to California, I was used to going to VIP in Palm Beach. I was sooooo happy to find something simmilar in Dogtopia, but you guys are just 100% better. Our Parsons Jack Russell..."JACK" loves to come and play with his buddies, and Kay and her staff are incredible. The most flexible and friendly people. I liked the ease of dropping off and picking up. It was quick and not a hassle like the usual boarding places. Dog's seemed very happy and tired when picked up! That's a good thing!!!!

Everyone is so warm, friendly and welcoming. I like the webcams that reassure me that my dog is fine !
