Throughout my search for a cabin that fit my ideal, she was supportive and readily available to answer questions, make suggestions, and keep me on track. Once I had identified properties that interested me, she was efficient and quick to follow up. Because I was searching from over 7 hours' drive away, she was the one who visited houses and sent me videos or did live video visits with me. She pointed out relevant details, and answered my questions. It was almost as if I had been there in person.

We couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent! Before finding the cottage we ultimately fell in love with, she showed us multiple properties throughout Northern Michigan, always taking the time to understand what we were looking for. She paid attention to our must-haves and preferences and regularly sent us recommendations that fit what we wanted. When we couldn’t make the 2.5-hour drive due to other commitments, she went above and beyond by doing video tours so we could still see the properties remotely.
Once we found our cottage, she continued to go above and beyond by helping us navigate the entire purchase process, coordinating with our lender and the seller’s agent, and keeping everything on track so we could close by the date specified in our purchase agreement. She even did a video tour of the property after we signed so we could see it again without making the drive, and coordinated a mobile notary so we could sign our closing documents right from home.
Her communication, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience so much easier and less stressful. We always felt like she had our best interests at heart, and we are so grateful for everything she did to help us find and purchase our Northern Michigan cottage.
