I’ve known Megan for over 40 years — we went to school together and I’ve known her family for decades — but working with her as our real estate agent gave me an even greater appreciation for her professionalism and expertise.
From the very beginning, Megan was attentive, thoughtful, and completely focused on understanding our needs. Because my (Canadian) husband and I are in the process of moving to Canada, there were added layers of stress and uncertainty for me. This was also my first time selling a house, so I was not familiar with everything. Megan was incredibly patient, answered every question we had, she explained each step clearly, and gave us the time we needed to feel comfortable with our decisions.
Her knowledge of the market and steady guidance gave us confidence throughout the entire process. Before closing, I had experienced some overwhelming doubt as I wasn’t sure if I could go through with the selling of our house, and I had told Megan that. I told her I wasn’t sure if I could do it and that I was having second thoughts. She handled my moment of anxiety with calm reassurance and composure, she talked me through it and helped bring everything back into perspective for me.
