Conocí la primer tienda y marca en Azcapotzalco por ahí del 2020 previo a Pandemia, y ahí también conocí a Héctor quien le dio mantenimiento a la bicicleta de mi esposa y mía, haciendo una gran labor y dejando ambas al punto! Ninguna falló, ningún cambio se atoró, los frenos siempre frenando firme! De ahí dejamos por pandemia y demás cosas las bicicletas casi 5 años empolvándose y las dejamos caer. Aún así hace 4 días nuevamente quisimos darles vida y las tomamos sumamente sucias, descuidadas y abandonadas y las llevamos a Héctor, ayer que me las entregó parecían nuevas, funcionando nuevamente al 100, y es por Héctor, su servicio, mantenimiento de excelencia que no importa si teníamos que ir a Satélite, pero ahí estábamos confiando en él, y no nos falló, nos entregó magia!!
