My experience at the Y has been an enjoyable one. It’s part of my lifestyle. Chair yoga and water aerobics are my favorites. The instructors are great and the exercise helps keep me in shape.
I, also, enjoyed your Lunch and Learn seminars. Informative speakers, interesting topics and delicious lunches were served.

Time for a tai chi offering maybe? Yoga offerings are a bit slim....need more classes for people wanting to become regulars with yoga-- is there a challenge getting good teachers?
The Y provides an outstanding service to the local community. The facilities and the employees are always the best in South Florida.

Great class schedule
I love my water aerobics classes. The instructors are great. The lifeguards are friendly yet professional. I enjoy walking in the water after class and on weekends. I have back problems and can’t do much land-based exercise so access to a pool is very important.

The Y is a center hub of our community!
It’s great to see all the children and families utilizing the facility! Teens using the basketball courts and the toddlers at summer camp!
I love the hours that the gym is open mid week, although the weekend could be a little later start with a later opening.
I could put in one suggestion, it would be that the Workout area/Cardio machines to be wiped down more often.
Many days I go in and the sweat droplets are all over the treadmills and bikes for days. Just letting you know, wiping the areas down more frequently would be appreciated, especially in season.
All around the Y is a fabulous amenity for our community. Thank you for what you all do!

Please regularly clean the weight room. There’s noticeable dirt and grime on the treadmills, in the buckets where the spray bottles are kept and under the rack where the dumbbells are kept. Also, half of the lockers in the women’s locker room have locks on them 24/7.
Everyone is very friendly. I really like the classes. They are diversified and open to any skill level.

The fitness instructor’s are very dedicated to each class and they put a great deal of thought and energy into each class, week after week.

The variety of programs and activites are terrific. I go to water aerobics and love it! The entire facility is clean and all of the employees are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this Y to anynoe and everyone!
