Lap swim provides me with a relaxing island of time away from the crazy pace of life. . Water is also therapeutic to my 77 year old joints. I can't believe the improvement I feel after I swim.. When the world wearies, there's always the water.
I’m old so love going to a friendly happy well lit place to swim , sauna , hot tub. I see all the great classes and intend to try your arthritis water class. The friendliness of the desk staff is excellent and non judgmental to all. The rest of the staff have done such a beautiful job of planning great things we want to come to and learn more about good health and kindness to all.

The instructors do a very good job with the kids, positive and patient. Mr. Malcolm is exceptional providing instruction and encouragement.
The biggest thing for me is that the kids love it and they learn a lot. The instructors (we've had several over the years) have all been so good with the kids and great mentors. We make it a point to have our kids enroll in one or two classes per year.
We loved Mr. Malcom! I can see the difference in my granddaughter’s swimming skills , so much improved!
