Thelma was always there with good advice on how to prepare the house for sale. She connected me with right contractors to get the house in shape. Being that I was out of town, she went above and beyond to see that everything was handled smoothly. She dealt with whatever hiccups that came up. I would highly recommend her.

Thelma is absolutely amazing! She was so inspired and inspiring in suggesting and making improvements in the house that I was selling. Thanks to Thelma, we spent about $9,000 on improvements, and received a successful offer of $26,000 above asking price. I would absolutely recommend her!

Thelma is the absolute best! We have used her to buy and sell a home, and the process was quick and easy. It’s so nice to have someone in your corner who is doing what is best for YOU and not for themselves! We will ALWAYS recommend her to anyone we know trying to buy or sell a home in New York!
