Customer Testimonials
We have seen some excellent strides in our sons math, he has more confidence with working on large number problems.
My boys have been doing it for about a month now and they are starting to see a difference in how quickly they can do math in their head.
Anna is enjoying your program, which is saying a lot because her math homework from school causes major melt-downs. She is feeling successful. This is a very positive and supportive environment for her. I'm glad we're here.
My daughter loves Mathnasium! She was heading into her last trimester with a C in math and finished with an A! She really likes going to her Math lessons and enjoys her teachers. I would recommend Mathnasium to anyone that has a student struggling with math.
My kids love going to Mathnasium - they literally ask when they get to go again and beg to go more often.
The system of rewards Mathnasium has set up makes math enjoyable because the kids are working to earning rewards (I’m looking at you Squishmallows and candies).
Another really fun thing they do (at least over the summer) is have a calendar of fun events: “wear a silly hat = 10 extra points”, “complete a math page with zero errors = earn 5 extra points”, “pizza day”, “write a summer bucket list = 10 extra points”.
A nice thing for parents and guardians is that after every appointment I receive an email that tells me what my kids have worked on, if they've made progress, and whether they’ve finished a mastery check.
It’s great to see my kids actually excited for math (thank goodness), enjoying the process, and making progress.
We’ve got them in the summer program so once school starts up again I’ll have more information on how Mathnasium has affected their schoolwork and confidence in math.
You also get a free assessment initially…can’t beat that.
Our kiddo has had a love/hate relationship with math since 3rd grade. She was falling behind national standards. We first enrolled her in Mathnasium. Within six months, she was above national standards. She continued to do Mathnasium until the end of our sixth grade when our branch moved. During Covid she had to do Mathnasium online, however we quickly learned that that was not a great option for her so when our branch moved, that was the end of Mathnasium for her, and in the next 4 years she went from being advanced math to barely passing grade level. About 2 months ago, she discovered a Mathnasium branch had reopened in our area and wanted to start back up. She did mathnasium the last month of school and got a B on her final and raised her grade up a whole letter grade. She’s doing the summer sessions now to retain what she has learned/relearned. However, the most important aspect we have witnessed with her going to Mathnasium, is that they have helped her get over her fear of math, and build the confidence and understanding to enjoy doing math. If your child struggles with math in anyway, or since they don’t like math, or is afraid of math Mathnasium is definitely the place for them. Definitely recommend!
Our daughter really enjoys attending Mathnasium - so much so that she's requested to extend her sessions to two hours at a time. While it's still early to assess the long-term academic benefits, her enthusiasm tells us you're definitely on the right track with your approach.
Mathnasium has been great for my kids transitioning into new grades. The staff are attentive and really have a mission to help them improve.
So far, in just a few short weeks my son has raised his class grade to finish the year strong and has a ln incredible boost of confidence. Not to mention the team is kind, welcoming, and patient.
James and everyone is great! Thank you for the help my son is receiving!
Adalee is thriving at Mathnasium. She really enjoys going every week and meeting with the instructors. Never a bad experience! :)

Our daughter enjoys going to Mathnasium! She has fun winning prizes and likes the games too. Most importantly she is feeling more confident about her math skills and her growth in math is at 97% according state testing!
