Great workout and awesome staff

I love everything about this gym. All of the coaches are amazing and are so fun to be around. They make you feel so welcome and push you everyday to do better. I tell everyone I know about this place in hopes that they will join too because it has changed my life for the better. I told the owner Doug that this was the family I never knew I needed but will be forever grateful to have. I look forward everyday to going to the gym, it has become my comfort place! If you are looking for a gym that is a family then this is the place to be. If you are looking to lose weight or get some stress relief this is the perfect place to do it because you can take it out on the bag! I will forever love my Title family!

The instructors are great and very energetic! The tone of the classes is very positive and welcoming. My only negative feedback is that there should be a specific class for beginners. It is hard to follow along and make sure that I’m doing the correct punches at the speed at which the drills are done. I’d like a slower pace for the first 4 or 5 classes to ensure that I’m using the right form for my punches. I think this would help make it less intimidating for newbies as well.
