I went into Still Ride Bike Shop with a tire/ wheel issue on my Cannondale hybrid bike. Josh spent the time with me to figure out my issue and to help me find the right tires for my bike. After installing the larger tires just to see if they would fit, we saw that the rear tire didn't fit near the bottom because the rear wheel was misaligned and the spokes were out of adjustment. The spokes on one side were looser than the other and the hub was slightly off center from a previous install from another shop. Josh spent the time to fix it and get it realigned/ centered by adjusting spokes. The larger width tires now fit easily and the bike rides amazing.
Huge thank you to Josh and Still Ride Bike Shop! I'll be back if I need anything else. Excellent customer service.

Amazing service amazing quality work i brought them a bike that hasn't spun its wheels in 3 years it was sitting outside under tarp they got it rolling again within 15 minutes I'm back to doing wheelies and bunny hops thank you still riding I'm still smiling 😃 😊
