It started with wrong communication on method of getting HOA permission approval to OK the ramp ,your company said they will contact and send layout , 2 weeks went by and no answer from your company. I went to office to get answers and was told that I ( owner ) had to fill the request and not the company. I didn't receive any call from you telling me this. I was very upset about the wading and no answer , I called Joseph and told him to hold off that I was looking elsewhere for better price since I had time. 4 days later I called Joseph to go ahead and do the job, Why, your pricing was a lot better and terms. The two gentlemen that install the ramp were really professional and kind to me and my wife.

Worked efficiently, polite. Responsive to my questions. Kept clean work area. Kept their discussions/conversations to a respectable tone. ( I have had workers in my home who spoke in their native language at a level so loud I could not concentrate on my work). I would definitely recommend Next Day Access!

My husband's health went down-hill quickly and I was terrified every time I had to get him from the house to the car. He fell a handful of times and then we had even bigger issues. I sent in a request to Tal and that same day, he responded to us. I got back to him the next day and he was there that very day measuring, making a plan and asking questions that I had never thought of. You can tell he has experience with people and their needs. He's a great guy, easy to talk to and his knowledge made things a breeze. This is not an easy decision for any family, but trust me, these guys will make it much easier on the care-partner and on the individual who needs it most.
I am so grateful to Tal and his company. This is for sure what he was meant to do. They put the ramp up for us in a matter of hours, and when we came home in the middle of them assembling it, they helped me get my husband in the house safely. If you are in a position in your life where this is a decision you need to make, you need this group of exceptional people. My husbands life is so much better for this. Daily doctors visits are no longer a worry. Thank you Tal and team for this life changing choice.
