Shawn was very helpful with coming to give us a quote and setting up the installation of the ramp. Tyler cane out and installed the ramp and waa very helpful in answering some questions!

I was searching for a platform lift that would be installed and serviced by a company here in central South Carolina. That led me to Next Day Access. Dealing with Jared and Elizabeth has been a real pleasure, they are professional and pleasant to deal with and have performed as promised. I highly recommend them to anyone but particularly to those enjoy doing business with a company where you deal with the owner from quote to installation.

Everyone that was involved with putting the chairlift in was very professional and nice. They were very clear on instructions on how to use and took the time to explain everything. We needed a professional assessment of adjustments to the home of a family member who has been seriously injured, and to our own home, and Next Day provided just that. An initial visit -- yep, a personal visit -- an assessment of what was needed to make both homes accessible and comfortable, and the prompt installation of ramps and related equipment at a reasonable price. Experience counts for me, and there aren't many people around here who have experience installing handicapped ramps! I trusted the installation would be done well, and quickly, and it was. Rich came up with the perfect design to get me in and out of my house in a wheelchair, it was installed a few days later, and I couldn't be happier!!!

I like the prompt service. The thing I like the most was actually speaking to a real person to explain all the options, how it worked and to schedule the insulation.
They made sure the handrail was the correct height. And they even went out of the way to aesthetically and safety install it. I am more than pleased and I'm hoping to be able to afford a ramp from my front door.
Professional job and the personals was very polite and friendly
My 90 year old father bought a scooter at NDA in March and the rechargeable battery stopped charging in July. The battery came with a 6 month warranty and NDA handled everything for us regarding battery replacement. A lot of equipment sellers just tell the customer to contact the manufacturer for warranty issues. But the Next Day Access employees at the Bartlett, Tennessee location ordered the new battery and notified us when it was ready for pickup at the store. Great customer service.
