I only have one of your employees at my location. The gentleman that serves us is Mr. Jerry Austell. As far as his performance, we could not be happier. Jerry works very well independently and completes all his work. I contently get comments about how nice our facility looks. I would not trade Jerry. As far as Jerry as a person is concerned, I would say this. Jerry is a pleasure to work with and have at our location. Jerry is polite, respectful, friendly and always with a smile. All the employees love having him here. Jerry is great at having short conversations with people without taking him away from his work or the employee from theirs. We could not ask for a nicer more productive worker at our facility, we consider Jerry one of the team. In summary, Jerry represents your company very well. Very hard worker and an all-around fine man.

Our experience with the corporate level at ServiceMax outside this team has been poor. The communication is rocky at best with very little interaction.
Employees do a great job, and have a great attitude. It's clear they take pride in their work, and I'm very happy with the way my building looks. I rarely need to ask for anything, because they just keep everything looking good. Whenever I do ask for attention to an area, it's taken care of immediately.
