Formal Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Conduct by Paola Correa and Juan Mejia

I am writing to formally express my deep concern regarding the conduct of Paola Correa and Juan Mejia, whom I recently engaged with in relation to services associated with my mother’s care.

While my initial experience with your program was satisfactory, my recent interactions with Ms. Correa and Mr. Mejia have been distressing and wholly unacceptable. After my mother’s service hours concluded, they contact me rather than receiving a professional explanation or guidance, I was met with an alarming level of hostility.

Both individuals—who appear to be affiliated with the same team as Senior Help—acted in a manner that was not only unprofessional but also verbally aggressive. Their behavior included yelling, making threatening statements, and screaming over the phone, to the extent that I was compelled to end the call and block further communication for my own well-being. I have never experienced such treatment in a service setting, especially one intended to support vulnerable individuals and their families.

If there are eligibility limitations or restrictions in place, I would have appreciated a respectful and clear explanation. Instead, I was subjected to what I can only describe as harassment. This experience has severely undermined my trust in your organization and has caused undue emotional distress.

I respectfully request that this matter be investigated and addressed appropriately. Additionally, I would appreciate written clarification on the policies regarding continued or alternative assistance through your program or affiliated county services.
