Great customer service!

They were very nice and helpful. Since I booked the wrong seat, they were allowed me to exchange my tickets. The theather was cleaned and restroom were too. Enjoyed the snacks and the time we was there as well.

My chair seems like it was about to break. So the chairs need to be updated. Other than that everything else was great

I like how to movie rooms are set up (better than Southwest), the workers are always nice, and it’s a big, fun theater!! Better than the other one in town.
I do wish the chairs were a bit bigger though

Bring more Hindi , Indian movies. Lots of Indian communities leave around here.

The staff was incredibly friendly and informative. The popcorn buckets are waaaay better than the bags, too!

I LOVE that y'all added the Tuesday saver prices to the popcorn and drinks! Kudos on that one!

Not being able to use cash is a bummer. I know about the machines... it's just a pain.

It is always a fun experience at the grand. The only two complaints I have are the seats that i reserved were broken and it is always just a bit too cool in there. But over all it was a good time.

Everyone there is so helpful and friendly! Thank you for the Military/First Responder discount on Mondays, and I love the new kids popcorn/drink package!

Chris makes the experience of the movies so much better at the grande In Hattiesburg!!! We go to see him just as much as the movies theirselves!!
