Let’s face it. It’s the only theatre in town. But, the employees are nice. The concession food and drinks is good. It’s expensive so it should be good. But, you already know that. This is not a place where you should push your “cashless society” stuff though. It’s going to end up biting you in the butt. Which means it’s going to affect you where it hurts, the pockets.

Friendly staff and the person who does popcorn did great this time. not too much salt I felt like was eating popcorn and eating salt.

I like the fact that I can earn rewards. The seats are very comfortable and I love the fact that you don’t have to climb over people when you leave your seat to get more popcorn!

I have always like going to the theatre in Slidell, LA!
But, this time was a little different! Actually, the volume of the movies are really too loud. But, it was freezing the other day & love the cold! Plus, the popcorn was lacking salt! But, overall I love going there!

The theater was very clean, the restrooms were clean, and the employees, although sparse, were very helpful and professional.
Very impressed with the comfortable heated seating in the IMAX theater. It was exactly what should be done to complete an enjoyable customer experience.
I live out of town, in Hattiesburg, MS, and we have a Grand Theater. Ours is dirty, run-down, and has actually had a small infestation of rats running around indoors. I have not been there since before 2020 because it’s been bad that long. I would happily drive to Slidell to enjoy the theater which I visited the other day.
