Guest Testimonials

Great experience! Great movie!... The kids really enjoyed themselves!

Felt safe and the theater gave home vibes. Loved it!

I always appreciate the moviegoing experience at Santikos, especially the IMAX theater. With that being said, all of the theaters have clean, comfortable recliners and very good projection and audio.

All of the team members there are kind and professional, and there is plenty of parking. There are theaters closer to me, but I'm happy to drive a little further for a better experience.

During my visit I was greeted like royalty! Employees such as Kayla, Sophie, and Damianwere absolutely awesome. The best hospitality! Made me feel at home.

These three employees deserve all of the praise and this company should do all they can to retain these employees.

Absolutely friendly staff. But you need more people working. I love the Fresh popcorn. But plz do away with this cashless environment. Its horrible

The military discount on tickets, popcorn, and drink

Nice seats clean and well worth the trip. A little pricey on the snacks, but typical.

The seats in the theater

Great seats and movie quality!

The new snack line is great when it’s busy. Always a good experience there.

Selected the seats we wanted

We are retired, so we like specials like Super Tuesday. Our theater in Slidell is friendly and clean.

We had an issue with customer service during our last visit. We were contacted right away and offered a resolution on the spot. Your immediate response is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Love the discount on Mondays!

Nice and clean place with great customer service.

Clean and great customer service

Yes

It was a good movie

The young man at the door was very pleasant. No complaint with anything really. Of note, the theatre was warm when I first entered but air kicked on sometime later. It would have been nice if there was more lighting in theatre before movie started and people were arriving and when leaving. Also, I made my purchase online and did not realize that the chair I requested was on the far side of the entryway (the theatre only had one entry). It would have been nice to be aware of that while I was choosing my seat. Thank you!

The recliners are comfortable. I like that they participate in Angel movies. The workers are nice. It’s clean.

I have never had a bad experience at the theater and I go pretty regularly. The staff are always very friendly even in stressful rushes. Everyone works really well as a team been there in the morning. I’ve been there mornings, midday, and evenings and everyone just seems really happy to be there which is hard to do when you work a job especially customer facing like that. I also really like that y’all will show some of the smaller films even if it’s only for a week or two because other theaters around here don’t do that. That matters a lot to me and picking a theatre. The theaters are always really clean and so are the bathrooms. If anything, I think the bathrooms could use a little upgrade with the locks on the stalls, but if that’s the worst thing, I have to complain about y’all are doing great.

The movie was great and the seats were even better I went with a friend and had an awesome time

Great experience… Staff was so friendly and welcoming. My kids and I really enjoyed the movie we seen.

The chairs were super comfy. No chance of not being able to see the screen from someone I'm front of you with big hair with height difference in seats. Very clean. Clear sound.

I love going to the movies. And it's very comfy and the staff are nice

reclining seats, price on tuesdays, friendly staff

Prompt, clean & curtious.
Love the loungers!

Enjoyed the entire experience. Ordered tickets online so knew right where our seats were. The IMAX experience was great with the comfortable reclining chairs that vibrated during big action scenes. Popcorn and hot dog were very good. All staff we encountered were very polite. Bathrooms and theater were very clean.

Seating was very nice.
