Fairly easy to purchase tickets at kiosk. Disappointed that they do not ask for your phone number at the concession stand as I missed out on my points.
A theatre experience that I haven't had in a long while. Theatre was sold out, yet the audience was respectful and quiet during the showing. I don't go to the movies very often because I don't feel like Hollywood is providing movies worth my time and money. This was a unique experience.

I loved IRON LUNG. I haven’t been out to see any movies in quite a while and to be honest the inside shocked me. I wasn’t really a fan of how the ticket system is set up, I miss talking to the boother to get their opinions on what I’m choosing, otherwise it was a okay experience, just felt a bit disconnected from the people there as everything has been turned into machinery.
The new serve yourself popcorn is great. And the mix your own soda machine.
The price for a kids meal was over 10bucks tho, which is a bit ridiculous.

The temperature was just right inside the movie theatre. It’s usually freezing in theatres but I felt comfortable. The chairs at the Johnston St location were soft but uncomfortable for me because there was no option to adjust the angle of the back of the chair. It automatically put me at a slight backwards angle, which I didn’t want. Also, I’m 5’1” and my feet dangled without touching the floor. An ottoman feature on the chair would have been much more comfortable.

Grand 16 is so much better than the Grand 14. At the Grand 16, they great you with a smile, kindness and helpful. No matter if it is purchasing tickets, getting refreshments or walking to your theater you feel welcome. Grand 16 has been a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. When you walk in or purchasing refreshments, they actually make eye contact with you. They make you feel seen and appreciated for being there. You can easily find a manager if you should need. Great theater and employees.
Now Grand 14, the only reason I would go there is for the chairs. At the Grand 14 you are never acknowledged, they don’t make eye contact with you and not friendly. They don’t even make good movie recommendations. Not a pleasant feeling there. You don’t feel appreciated.
