What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Quick, professional and got my points credited to my account correctly. I do wish the staff at the theater would ask us if we had an account when we buy tickets or food and I wouldn't have to do all the run around afterward to get points onto my account. This is the 2nd time we've gone to this theater and no one again asked us. I did ask when we bought our tickets how we could get tickets at purchase and she took my phone number, but I had to ask her first. Our main theater is Cinemark, and it's so simple to get points on my account...it's just a scan of a qr code on my phone. This would be great if Santikos could come up with something so simple like this for its members. But for the one that helped me get points this time, they were great! Thanks so much!

The facility is very nice. The screen and sound is excellent. However during the winter months,
the heat need to be on so that theatre is not cold.

Movie theater is always nice and clean. Bathrooms are ok. My only complaint is they never have a good selection of food in stock. Last few times I went they were out of either wings or burgers.

We've always had a great experience at the Four Seasons theater, even before rebranding. The people are always nice, helpful, and the theaters are always clean and comfortable. Big fans, keep up the good work!

4 Seasons is a Beautiful Theater. The employees were so accommodating, extra patient ( our group age ranged from 50 years to 80 yrs old), and hospitable.

The concession stand employee advised me I had enough rewards points to pay for my popcorn before I purchased it. Saved me the cost of the popcorn.
