From the time I entered the building I was very impressed. As I made my way to the counter I was greeted and helped by Jordin she was awesome and even made great suggestions on concessions as well and as we were leaving we bumped into her again and she promptly acknowledged us and asked how our movie was and encouraged us to return again. Very professional and we really appreciated the feeling she gave us thank you all and please give her the acknowledgment she deserves!!!
The theater was clean and so were the restrooms. I was happy to see they had adult beverage options.

Excellent theater. Clean. Parking is easy. Associates are nice. Lines at concessions move quickly. Recliner seats are exceptional. My favorite place to see a movie in the entire Lake Norman area.

We like coming here to the movies. Especially on Tues.’s. The price is good. We went on. Fri. this past week to see wicked. First time the popcorn didn’t taste fresh. Not sure why but for the price we paid for it and a drink it should be fresh. Hopefully next time.
Our small club comes together every month to your theatre. We also come with our friends & family members to support our great local cinema. The staff is always friendly & the theater is always very clean & neat.
Ordering tickets online was VERY easy - I had problems with AmStar on almost every order! Also, the staff was very friendly and the bathroom was clean.
