It’s never overly crowded and the seats are very nice. The staff is always friendly and I enjoy the general experience of movie watching here.

The Alabaster locations is the best theater I have been to so far. The recliner seats are 10/10, the place is clean, and the customer service is great.

Easy to access, friendly service. Our 4-person group consisted of one person with blindness and one in a wheelchair. We were able to order tickets for the wheelchair aisle, and the audio description equipment was readily available and worked perfectly. Much appreciated.
