The movie theater was clean and had awesome recliners to watch the movie in. The lady at the popcorn counter had a smile and was very nice. The lady who told us which way our movie was, also smiled.

I like being able to select the movie, date, time, and seating in the theater. The online process is very easy and convenient.

The upgraded theater with recliners is great !!

The ease of purchasing tickets, reclining seats and location are reasons I continue to visit. I would like to see additional food items added to the menu.

I have been coming to Amstar since it opened, sometimes 2 or 3 times per week. The last 2 times I have been very disappointed. I have gone to an early matinee and each time I tried to order a pizza for lunch. I was informed each time they were out of them and quote, "we are out of alot of things." I ordered a hot dog instead and the young girl said they only had 2 of them. She apologized for being out of so much. I ended up with a hot dog and popcorn for my lunch and matinee movie. A far cry from that delicious pizza I was hoping for. And the condiments there was only 2 ketchups which I used both so if someone ordered the last hot dog they would of only had mustard for their topping. A movie theater of this caliber should never run out of supplies. I may have to drive 20 miles to another theater if Amstar Santikos cannot supply their customers. And lastly, you need caramel and cheddar/caramel popcorn in your line.

The employees at the concession stand were so kind and welcoming. They even went out of their way to help my daughter find the posters they were giving away for free (which were located at the info desk on the other side of the auditorium).

I like to go on Tuesday for the discount tickets and the large popcorn/drink specials. With the plush seating, well worth it.
