I was with Quarles since we bought this house in 1989. I did not find it easy or pleasant to arrange heating oil deliveries with them. Since the merger it's a vast improvement. The service people don't give me a hard time when I call in for a delivery, and the deliveries have been relatively prompt. Even the delivery people are pleasant, and very professional. I like the change.

We want to commend your excellent delivery drivers! I'm ashamed for not catching the name of the gentleman who delivered for us on Wednesday, but he went over and above to provide service. He took great care with our property from excellently and carefully navigating a very narrow, long driveway to righting a very large planter which he himself had not overturned! It was that way when he arrived but he took it upon himself to set it right. What a gentleman! Kudos to him and keep up the good work of hiring the best, Quarles!
