If something is handled correctly they get a manager involved and take care of the issue. They work with you when you can't pay the bill in full. Great customer service and the delivery men and very personal blessings.

I like the fact that you offer an opportunity to offset the prices per gal. of propane with a buydown program. It would be nice to be included in the automated top off/refill program in spite of the fact that we do not heat or cook with propane. We are consumers of propane with gas logs which we freely enjoy throughout the season as well as our generator has on occasion run day & night on a power outage. Once the power comes back on, we have to call to have a delivery made.
That I don't have to call when low on gas. The drivers are polite and leave quickly.
