I don’t have to worry about running out as you monitor. You deliver when it’s needed so I’m not charged the delivery fees more than needed. I’m acute to this cause there was a time I was getting partial loads that were obviously just unloading the truck on the way in. I complained and it stopped. This occurred before Superior. What I like is you put it in writing so I don’t feel I need to look over my shoulder.
First, the budget plan. And secondly, how you keep track of propane in my tank so I never have to worry about running out.

The propane is delivered in a timely manner, so I don't have to worry about it. The drivers are polite, professional, and considerate. I've not had any reason to complain about Quarles' service.
The fuel came faster than expected
I like the ase of paying online and having a budget payment each month rather than being hit with multiple large bills to fill the tanks. I especially like being able to see the tank percentage and knowing a delivery will be schedule automatically.
We have been customers for over 25 years. Quarles (now Superior) has always been great about making sure we have plenty of propane in our tank. Their budget plan works perfectly with our yearly budget needs. It’s taken a little getting use to having the tank transponder keeping track of the amount of product in our tank, but it does making it nice that we don’t have to venture out into the weather to check it ourselves. It is also nice that we can log on and also see how much product remains by choosing “tanks” in the menu.
We have been extremely satisfied and happy with our propane delivery service since we moved in 5 years ago. They are always prompt with deliveries and respectful of our property. We also appreciate our Veteran and Senior Citizen discount.
timely delivery; fair price
The remote meter monitoring and automatic refill scheduling is great. This delivery, our tank got below 20% and I had to email to get a delivery scheduled. It would be better if Superior could monitor the meter and when the tank gets below 30% schedule a delivery the coming month and notify by email so I don't have to check and worry. However, once the delivery was scheduled it happened like clockwork with no disruption to us or neighbors.
You are timely, and consistent, and very helpful.
Prompt and professiomal
The online account is easy to negotiate but they should provide refill dates so we do not have to call. It defeats the purpose of auto refill if you have no idea when it will be scheduled.

I have trouble to edit my payment message on line, Why is that not possible?
I tried for 2 days to contact any office and was put on hold for more than an hour when I gave up holding. Please, let me know what I have to do to change my payment method, my previous credit card was hacked and I had to change it.
