We ran out of propane Saturday. I guess the formula didn’t work: it happens. I called and Jon was there in less than two hours. He filled the tank, checked for leaks and made sure the furnace was working before leaving. That’s customer service.

We thought we smelled a very faint gas leak around our tank last year. We called and they gave us explicit directions to leave the house immediately and they would send someone right away. They were there within 15 minutes and discovered a minute leak in a corroded welding joint. They drained the tank immediately then went to their warehouse after hours and brought us a brand new tank, filled it and gave us credit for the fuel in the old tank. Quarles is the best!

But many thanks to Teresa in Hartford, Virginia, for taking care of everything for me and requesting a rebill for the correct amount. She was very thorough and patient with this old woman, even when I got a bit excited. She is a credit to Quarles in Hartford.

Service has always been on time for my propane . No issues.

Professional drivers, very courteous! One area of improvement would be communication between the scheduling/dispatch. I don’t understand why when calling the operator at Quarles they cannot speak with the dispatch manager. We’ve had problems with not getting deliver within a timely manner; when calling back to inquire when delivery will be made I’ve been told dispatch handles it and there’s no way for them to contact the dispatch office.

Prompt delivery at the time I was told it would arrive.
Delivery driver was very professional. He checked to be sure the valve in the fp was turned off before filling the tank, showed me how to check the propane gauge and relit the pilot light for me at my request. All was done very quickly and efficiently.
