I have not had any problems until recently I had a concern. When I’ve called in the past needing to be filled earlier, it was done within 3 days. This time it was filled the day it was scheduled instead of earlier. Customers don’t call & say they need it earlier then it takes a week to get filled.
Tank refill was done in a good professional manner. Driver was very polite.

I was very satisfied with the service I received. The service tech Damond was concerned about the regulator that was installed, so he checked to see if the regulator he had on the truck was compatible. After a couple of phone calls, he was unable to get an answer and was told to lock the system out and someone would come at a later time to replace the regulator. Knowing that this would be an inconvenience for me, he continued to call other techs, of which many did not answer the phone. He finally was able to connect with another individual and was told that the regulator he had was compatible. The new regulator was installed and he completed the service, to include relighting the pilot on my gas fireplace logs.
Damond went above and beyond, when it would have been easier to lock the system out and leave. Damond was very professional, proving there is only one way to do the job and that is the right way. He is truly an asset to (Quarles) Superior Plus.

Was able to leave a voicemail for a tank fill and that’s all I had to do. Very easy and painless.
