This theater is one of the cleanest theaters I have been to. The bathrooms are exceptionally clean as well as the theaters themselves. The staff are friendly and polite. I just recently used the self-serve popcorn I'm not sure if I like that or not but I guess it saves on time handing me a bucket and having me scoop my own. I do like the fact that alcoholic beverages can be served as well and I just noticed that there's a sign limiting the amount of liquor that a person can drink while at the theater which is a good thing I really wish this theater would incorporate IMAX screens or larger screens that's my only reason for not seeing more movies here

I like the new arrangement for drinks and popcorn so you go not have to stand in line to refill. Seating is also great q!

The new renovations and features are great but the staff made everything even better. The current team at the Amstar 12 oxford location are the perfect crew of helpful, kind, enthusiastic individuals that make a big difference. I haven't gone to the movies regularly for a while but I definitely think I will now. Great job everyone!

We appreciated the discount for first responders and family. some of the seats need to be reupholstered. otherwise. we were well taken care of monday when we went to see the Deveil Wears Prada 2. the projector stopped about an hour into the movie. when i informed a staff member, they immediately got a manager. we were advised that the projector had stopped working but the movie was in another theater and we were about 30 minutes ahead. that gave us time to use the bathroom and find seats until it caught up. they also comped us a ticket for the inconvenience. i plan to use that ticket today to see animal house.
