Super fast pick up and drop off for the 9-12 sports camp. Omari is so kind to my daughter and she feels comfortable going to camp because of him. Love the different options of camps that meet my family’s needs.

My kids had a great time at the camp and cannot wait to go back every day. It seemed like it was the right amount of fun and competition for their each group and every day they were so happy when I picked them up and had so much fun.

My son had a great experience with Shady Grove Summer Camp. Counselors are engaged, responsible and genuinely caring. Staff was always in communication and provided great organization through pick up/dropp off. He also enjoyed the variety of sports and activities provided.

Coaches seem very polite, kind and fair. We did the full time camps in the last and felt the counselors were not nice.

Sports camp was outstanding and sports camp staff members were all friendly, and very attentive to each of the participants. I say this as someone who was able to observe the basketball camp from above as I walked around the track. Thank you for taking such good care of all the kids in your charge

Our child enjoyed the competitive but not intimidating environment. The counselors were friendly and engaging.

Friendly and professional staff.
Fun and well organized activities.
Excellent ratio of staff per children.

My child is loving participating in the program. We definitely plan to enroll in future programs/activities at the Shady Grove YMCA.

Counselors were great. they seem the enjoy being around kids and playing sports.
if i could suggest, I like how you alternated sports during repeat weeks. (eg soccer/hockey week 4; soccer/basketball week 9) this year the sports repeated so played the same 2 sports 2 separate weeks.

My boys enjoyed the flag football and floor hockey camp very much! They especially enjoyed the leadership of the staff and the competitive nature of the activities. They each made friends and looked forward to returning each day! Thank you!
