The way the pool is managed now. The great life guards.
Diversity and inclusion!
Every "Y" employee I've dealt with has been friendly, competent, and professional. At the current moment, Aimee and Pablo both are doing a super job. If I ran a company (any company) I would find some reason to hire them away to work for my company.
Friendly staff.
Easy access to free weights and other exercise machines.
The racquetball court and swimming pool are available at many times.
The close proximity proximity to where I live makes this very accessible.
The pool.

Classes!!
The personnel are excellent and the equipment is very clean and well maintained.
Location, staff, equipment, options.
every one is friendly, instructors are great
The Longmont Y is clean (Thank You, Armando) and quiet, and the front desk staff are friendly and out-going. I have never had to share a lane. Silver Sneakers is a wonderful program, especially now that the background music is more quiet.
The friendly, accepting atmosphere and the diversity of people. You see every fitness level, so that all feel welcome. The classes offer a gateway to becoming active, paving the way for more individual endeavors.
Great class instructors.
Great place to come to.
Hours. Easy access to classes and equipment.
The helpful staff. The varied classes that are offered. The number of machines.
The friendly and helpful staff. The positive atmosphere. Excellent equipment. Excellent instructors and class offerings. Convenient, central location. Cleanliness and bright setting with lots of windows providing natural lighting. What's not to like?!?!!
Teachers, classes, friendly people. Respectful community.
I just started coming here in June (little birthday present to myself) and I was immediately welcomed with open arms. I’m very self conscious about my body, but the people here really make it easy to forget about my insecurities and just enjoy my time. The classes are really fun and the instructor/trainer always has an amazing energy and somehow makes working out fun (LOL). The members and staff are so kind and it truly is a wonderful community to surround yourself with. All the staff members either immediately remember your name, or make an effort to remember your name. Not only that, but they genuinely care about everyone they see come in and love to start up conversations. The only thing I wish the Longmont location would do is be open for longer hours so I can spend more time there!!! :)
silver sneakers

The Y is not crowded and the staff is friendly. The instructors are professional and skilled. They all make the class fun! I enjoy the water aerobics class and Brenda is the best and I like the 60s music that motivates me . I also like the Silver Sneakers class in the gym. Although my insurance does not pay for Silver Sneakers, the Y is giving my husband and I a discount since he is an Air Force veteran. This is important to us, especially since the rec center would give us no discount.
Anyway, we are happy to belong to the Y since it is a nonprofit organization that gives back to the community.
