Technicians installed a 500 gal tank in the location I wanted. They made the gas line connections and tested for leakage and found none. They worked carefully and not in a hurry. They answered my questions and exhibited confidence in their work. They left me with the feeling that the job was done well, safely and I could trust their work.

Prices are decent, tho I'm not too excited about having to pay to have my prices protected, but it is what it is. When it was Quarles, we never had to call about anything, except when we had a tank issue at some point early on. The tank got filled magically, most of the time we didn't even know it had happened until we see the note on the door. Billing was consistent , with variables of course, based on usage. Since the Superior merger, we've had some billing issues and maybe they're just growing pains or part of the transition process, so I'm going to hold serious criticism about it until I've been with them for a little longer. I think we have things straightened out, but only time will tell. Overall very happy, just trying to get through this transition. :)

Good Service

The employees are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Without exception, each individual involved in the process of acquiring the product (containers and fuel) and those that actually make it happen on the ground are obviously service and customer oriented and create a professional atmosphere for the customer such that it would be silly and counterproductive to do business with any other propane supplier.

Price n service

You always come as soon as possible, because I have run out of gas twice and you have been there for me, I would like to be put on a regular schedule, In August 2023 and 2024, i ran out of gas, I wish they would just come to my house on August 1 every year!
