I am very happy with the service I receive from Quarles. I have been a customer for 10 years! They notify you when they will make a delivery a day ahead. Plus you can make a request online for a delivery. This year they installed a monitor as to how many gallons you have left in your tank so you don't have to go out in the cold anymore.

The driver parked on firm ground avoiding a moist, soft spot nearer the tank where the weight of the truck could sink in. He backed out slowly and carefully.

The service is good and the gas is always delivered on time however I was recently very disappointed with pricing. Gas was delivered at 3.14 and my neighbor just filled his tank at 2.09 from a competitor. This is not a small difference filling up a large tank and I have to wonder why Superior is that much higher. When I questioned this Superior did price match but I have concerns now with trusting that Superior will be competitive without me having to check behind what they have charged me. Also makes me wonder how many times I have over paid in the last 20 years of have been your customer. There has to be trust in a business relationship don’t you think? Would be happy to discuss further if you care to.

They responded promptly to my request for a delivery, even though the online portal is so confusing that it left me uncertian until I got an email that a delivery had been made, and I still don't know how they will send me the bill or the amount, or the address to send a check.
