Lately y'all have had better prices along with a discount to the winner when purchasing 150 gallons or more. I own my own tanks so I call around and get the best price on propane. As long as y'all are competitive I will keep buying propane from you

The guy that came out to survey the project was very nice. We discussed the work to be done, and the estimated cost. A regulator needed to be installed and we were able to find a location that worked for both of us. Work was completed fairly quickly.

Excellent customer service!!! I was terrified when my dad's home reaked of gas. Called the emergency line and he was there in 1 hour or less in Crozet, Va. He constantly updated me via cell during our simultaneous rush to the tank and house. I now understand the process of the customer monitoring the tank levels, my dad never told me. Tank was empty and gas fireplace pilot light had pulled the remaining gas into the house. Quite terrifying! Thank you for responding so quickly, adding gas to the tank, showing me how to use the tank and saving his home.
The office in Verona is such a pleasure to deal with. Being a former customer of another propane provider, I stand amazed at the difference and I am certainly glad I made the right choice when I decided to come onboard with Quarles
