Service has always been good. However, since transferring to superior propane: My billing has been erratic, and they installed a cellular meter which is drastically inaccurate, It continually reads 5% fill.

Responsiveness to request for fill-up. Most drivers are respectful of property and efficient in LP gas delivery.

I made a mistake and came very close to completely running out of propane. When I realized what I had done I became very worried because I know a refill can take some time to schedule and arrange. I called after hours, still got to speak to a real person to request my refill. The next day I needed to follow up with my local office to find out about the schedule. Jasmine helped me and went above and beyond sending an email over to request an eta. I don’t know what magic she arranged or if the universe just decided to smile that day but I they were able to fill my tank that morning. I was so worried about not having hot water or being able to use the stove, but they really came through for me.

He was very polite and professional. He took extra care not to run off my driveway. I have a quarter mile driveway and he slowly backed down all the way. He had to go around two turns
and got out to look and make sure he wasn't going to run off the driveway. I hope you will have him deliver my propane every time.
Setting up the delivery was very easy and paying for it was just as easy. Good job!
