What can one say when you thought there was no hope for your love one. Then I heard of CarePatrol of Northern AZ.
I left an email just to see if they could give me some information.
Nikki and Michelle listened to my needs regarding my sister. With Compassion and understanding, they were willing to help me.
I gave them all my information about my sister and her budget. Michelle & Nikki start helping me immediately. They kept me informed with everything they were doing.
These ladies even worked late into the night. Who does that? RIGHT!!
They found the perfect place to assist my sister. My sister is so happy with facility where she is staying.
I am so grateful to Nikki and Michelle. To me, they are like family.
I would definitely recommend CarePatrol, Michelle and Nikki to help you out with your love ones.

Michelle's depth of knowledge and her willingness to help.
I was in immediate need for help in a last minute circumstance and Michelle since day one has been incredibly helpful!! She saved me and my grandfather and she worked everything out to get the care my grandfather needed. I could not be more thankful and appreciative for the support and help that was provided through Michelle and CarePatrol! I 100% will recommend this service to those in need like me!

CarePatrol was a lifesaver. They took control and helped my Mom find a new assisted living community (very fast). However, her help did not stop there. We also received help in finding movers and a transportation company. We could not have done this alone (especially in the short time we had). Thank you!

Michelle Kiel is very personable and caring , and assures her clients they needn’t worry about a thing, that is a great comfort dealing long distance for a dear 93yr old sister-in-law, returns calls almost immediately. She has a wealth of information that assures her clients no obstacle to big for her to handle !

From the moment I first met Michelle Kiel a year ago, I felt she understood exactly what kind of support I needed then and what I would need in the future. It was so precious to me to know that I was not alone and that she had my back. She is 1000% dedicated to helping people navigate this difficult journey. She showed me several facilities and residences throughout the year so that I would see the various levels of care and anticipate their availability and costs. When the time came to place my beloved husband in a care home, she showed me the perfect place that beautifully fits our needs. I cannot thank Michelle enough for her wise and compassionate assistance.

perseveres to provide options to meet our needs. she gives honest and straightforward answers to questions and concerns. I couldn't have done it without her.
The experience was amazing. Michelle was 100% invested in my dad's successful placement and went above and beyond to support the entire journey. I 'low-key' wish he could move again just to keep the relationship alive.
Nicki was very helpful with the transition of my mom from the hospital to Assisted Living (Swdona Winds), making multiple trips to help with the cats as well.

They are an A+ team
