We previously had Kamps for SEVERAL years and were moving from Ramona to Julian. The new home already had an Allstate propane tank, and trying to make things easier, we decided to try Allstate propane. I won't go into details, but their customer service and employees were by far the worst. We tried getting them out to fill the propane at the new home for over a week and at one point we were left with zero propane and they didn't care or prioritize coming out.
We decided to call Kamps back. We called at 800am and that very same day, kamps put us as a priority and not only came out the same day to switch tanks, but they filled it. Every employee at kamps from start to finish was amazing! I'd especially like to thank Eric who came out to switch the tanks. He went above and beyond, and had a coworker who he knew was already in Julian, and asked him to add us to his already busy day to come fill up our tanks. Kamps did in one day what allstate propane couldn't do in over a week. We will forever be a kamps customer. Thank you!!
So far things seem to be the same after the merge. The jury is still out! Although I do like the pay online process

The service was fast this time. I don't like that rates are pretty based on where you live. Seems to be the norm for all propane businesses which I don't understand.

what do i like about propane? what a weird question! However, delivery man was nice and remembered where my entrance to tank was located - it can be confusing.

Like like Call Center and Text of real time completion of delivery with amount. Before when I’d call the office in Ramona they’d play games and string me along week after week waiting for a delivery.
