My LOCAL people are extremely kind, professional and friendly people. But your website is horrible, ease of finding what you’re looking for is non-existent. Since the consolidation, it’s nearly impossible to make and complete simple requests in an expedited fashion. The call center or whoever is answering the call once you find the right office, is lack-luster compared to the folks I use to deal with. There is a delay in getting questions answered, and the same concern and care for customers from the consolidated center leaves much to be desired.

The price per gallon is reasonable. Every time I call the office the staff are very responsive and kind. The propane delivery is right on time and I really like the convenience of the Wi-fi monitoring system because it provides ease of mind knowing I will get my propane refilled on time,
