Driver always calls when he is about to deliver. Our property is gated with animals, so this is a big deal as well. Never had an issue.

Monitoring a time
The product is hard to rate as it is simply propane as expected. I do appreciate the service as they come out and fill our tanks without having to contact them asking for the service. We have been long time customers for over 20 years. The only complaint I would have is they came to fill our tanks on a Sunday morning which was in full service for our church. This made it harder for the truck to get into the parking lot with all the cars and people complained of the gas smell.

Drivers always ready to go the extra mile to see that I get my LPG. I've never been out of gas since we switched to Kamps. Any service I've ever needed (seldom) was attended to promptly.
