I've been very happy with the service throughout the years. However, the buyout with Superior is taken some adjusting to get used to. I feel pricing has significantly increased in comparison to other will call services, this as made me consider stopping automatic billing/services. 
That said, 3 things to note are; 1st we really like, Thomas our delivery guy. He's very considerate, knowledgeable, and conscientious, my impression of him throughout the years (with three different propane companies) has always been positive. Nearly all the information I have learned about propane, Kramps services, and safety suggestions have been from Thomas. I can't think of a time where I had any misgivings about him and/or the work performed. 2nd. I can't speak for the rest of Superior but the Jurupa Valley office staff service has been great. They are always polite and cordial. Personally this has been a real treat, as my impression of customer service has significantly declined over the years. 3rd. the reconsideration of charges with price matching of your competitors has made the difference and retained my automatic billing subscription. 
They are a great company that is very friendly, and answers all our questions.
I like the employees that go the extra mile to get your propane rates affordable. We were going to switch to a local company that was much better priced, and your employee lowered the cost per gallon.
Number one priority is price paid per gallon.

SERVICE WAS GOOD AND THEY SUPPLIED ALL OUR NEEDS.
We've been using Kamps, now Superior Plus I suppose, for several years. We are very happy with the service, pricing and customer support. We've used other services in the past and they always fall short, either not showing up or not calling back. Kamps always shows up, billing is easy to understand and customer service is great. Their model of not filling canisters but exchanging is also quite nice. I highly recommend.
