I have been a Kamps Propane customer for over 19 years! They closely monitor my usage & always call me to set up an appointment for delivery. Additionally, they call a second time, just before they arrive; which allows me to bring my 3 small dogs inside & close their dog door. This may sound like a trivial request but why I bring it up is because I’m so impressed. Even when Kamps has had staff changes over the years, my request has never been forgotten. I live on a hill above a very busy street & none of my dogs know how to handle roads with cars. Their safety is very important to me, which is why I am extremely impressed with Kamps customer service, attention to detail & other services they have provided me.
I highly recommend them for these qualities & I’m sure you will, as well.

Wowww! Even though I am on the "On-Call" service set-up, and I tend to call for a re-fill rather late in the game, the Delivery Lady was here the next day, and was efficient, kind and a joy to work with. She gave me the latest info on the propane situation, in order to avoid future issues.
I am so grateful that we still have local companies that care and respond to a person's circumstances and manage to remain human in the process. Keep up the good work!!

The professional effort and understanding that I have received from the accounting and admin office and staff (Krystal and Jessica) in the local office in Placerville, CA has been exceptional. I am not familiar with how propane works, and have had to learn along the way and subsequent to my parent's passing. It's the people like the women at Kamps who have helped as I fumble my way through the challenges!
